What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle bodywork that accesses your energy field, flowing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers. In its native Japanese voice, Reiki means "universal life force energy", similar to “prana" of yoga.
Energy is vibration, everything has a vibration and the practice of Reiki supports the subtle energy body to be in its present best. Complementing the autonomic nervous system, Reiki helps to calm the body at a cellular level
so the body can do what it was created to do, regenerate itself. It is a peaceful practice that can help lift the fog and heaviness of life, allowing the receiver
to feel refreshed, clear minded and lighter for the experience.
When Should I Seek Reiki?
- Seek Reiki when you feel it is time. If you are experiencing chronic or acute physical pain due to injury or post operation, Reiki assists by helping the receiver to relax so the body can focus all of its energy resources on the injured area of the body.

Reiki supports feeling... helping yourself heal, connecting with yourself, releasing what you are carrying with you that is complete. When you feel good, you are better for it and your life reflects your state of being. If your cup is empty and you are still attempting to serve others you are creating unnecessary stress to your being, which can have a detrimental cascading effect.

What to Expect
- If energy speaks to you, you will appreciate the deep connectivity you will experience within as you are energetically supported through a meditative state as the practitioner scans your body and chakra system for imbalances.
- If the world of science is your nature, then you will know that the endocrine system is our internal organs of the human body and that system communicates through our autonomic nervous system to help maintain optimum health. The chakra system aligns with the endocrine system and a Reiki practice supports this system.
- If you are someone who just wants to feel relaxed, grounded and reconnected to your body, your life and your surroundings then Reiki can assist you on this path.
- Reiki is known to increase the receiver's awareness of their own connection of the higher self, your essence. Though Reiki is not affiliated with any religion it is believed to be God, source energy.

About Me
Greetings! My name is Tina, Reiki Master Teacher. I have attained certifications of mastery for both Usui Shiki Ryoho and Dar'Shem Reiki. I offer attunement workshops for Usui Shiki Ryoho. As a practicing practitioner of energy since 2013, this path continues to unfold with more grace and universal connections.

Each session, unique to the individual who sits before me, flowing with guidance that meets the receiver where they are for their best outcome and
for all. There are many languages to choose from when acknowledging the human energy field and my path to Reiki has opened me to a deep interconnectedness with the layers of self. I am able to connect places within the body that are holding emotional and mental patterns that are creating obstacles within your day-to-day living and more.
